These PatchRx pimple patches are amazing! They stick really well, stay on overnight, and noticeably reduce redness and swelling by morning. I love that the pack comes with so many sizes, and the 120-count is a great value. Super easy to use and really effective—definitely worth it! Read more

Stick well, stay on overnight, and actually flatten stubborn pimples instead of just pretending to. Hydrocolloid pulls everything out cleanly and the tea tree helps calm the area so it’s not red and angry afterward. Tons of patches in the pack, good mix of sizes, and way cheaper than the trendy brands with the same results. Read more

I bought these b/c I needed new ones & these were on sale plus who could say no to 120 patches (3 different sizes) for like $8? Not I. It’s a great price! I’m onto the 2nd sheet b/c I had an acne emergency & was fighting for my life with them just popping up left & right before my cycle. These definitely calmed the pimples down, so pretty effective. It didn’t make them vanish overnight but who expects that? Now the 3 different sizes I love b/c not every pimple needs a giant patch over it & the large ones cover a decent space that unless you have a cluster of em in one location you’ll be fine. I loved the ease of taking them out but ripping along that line in the middle of each row & limiting my ability to not smudge/mess up the patch. Took me FOREVER to figure that out on prior purchases but that was on me not anyone else. 😅 As I said it doesn’t magically evict your pimples but it does help speed that process along on SOME acne NOT all. Hence the 4 not 5 stars but again for $8 I wasn’t expecting that miracle just would’ve been nice it worked on all kinds of acne at better speeds ( 1 day for 1 & like 5 for another is a bit wild = low hydrcolloid %) Read more

My 4 year old struggled with molluscum since May of this year. We tried everything aside from seeing a derm to freeze them off. Once one healed another popped up. These patches pulled the gunk out and started the drying process after 4 days of using. I stopped using them on day 5 because of some skin irritation and followed up with tea tree oil and he’s healed now. Months of inflammation gone in less than a week. 10/10 recommend. Read more

Okay so I felt like one of those "I Tried All The Pimple Patches To Find The Best One" videos right now. Long story short, I bought these a few months ago and they were AWESOME! I was skeptical because of how great a deal it was and my thought process was "maybe the more expensive ones work even better." I was wrong. I feel like I tried every other patch on the market (starface, mighty patch, hero patch, etc.) and NONE of them even compared to these. Not even talking price, these worked the BEST BY FAR. Fast acting, leaves no weird residue, easy and comfortable, comes in multiple sizes, stays on really well, smells great (I love tea tree oil), and you just can beat that price. 500 for like $30? Crazy. I can't recommend these enough and I feel like one of those customers that has some kind of brand loyalty but these are just so good. Pimples are flat and clear after just 1 night. I know they say only for whiteheads on the top, but I have had good experiences with those deep painful ones who don't have a head yet. They work great and are cheap af. What's not to love? Read more

I’ve tried a three or four different types of pimple patches, and the brand-name options are insanely expensive for a small quantity. I didn’t notice a difference in effectiveness between other types that I have used, so at 120 patches for $8 (on sale), I figured these were at least worth a try. I have oily skin and regularly get whiteheads and cystic pimples, and have used these several times on both. I rarely get blackheads can’t comment on that. Each package comes with three sheets of 40 pimple patches, and each sheet is sealed separately. There are three different patch sizes, and each sheet includes multiple rows of each size. When you first open the patch packaging for one of the sheets, there is a strong tea tree smell. This goes away quickly. I have used products containing tree oil in the past, and have found that it usually tingles a bit. That may have been specific to those products; either way, I did not feel anything when applying these patches. Unlike with other brands, the backing is not perforated to make the patches easier to remove. I ended up using tweezers to peel them off (after cleaning the tweezers with alcohol wipe, of course). Now onto the most important part; the effectiveness of this brand compared to others. Bottom line; these were not great. I always made sure use these on clean skin; I would have preferred to apply tretinoin cream first as I have often done with other brands, but unlike other brands, they would not stick at all if I applied anything first. Frankly, they did not stick much better when applied to clean skin. I even tried washing my face and then using an alcohol wipe on the application site, then applying the pimple patch, once my skin was dry. Gunk wood accumulate like with other patches, but at a much slower rate. If these are actually hydrocolloid (I’m not convinced), they are very poor quality version. Also, even though they are clear, I think they stand out more than others. Bottom line, these helped by keeping me from touching and picking at blemishes, which would make things worse and slow down healing. However, they don’t make pimples go away faster, as I’ve experienced with other brand that I’ve tried. If that is enough for you, this may be a good option, but a bandaid would probably work just as well. Even though they are not very effective, the price is so low that three stars seems fair.
