This is a very cute bag that holds a decent amount. Overall, it’s probably best suited for younger children and teens. It comes with a set of adorable pins and is easy to clean—just toss it in the washing machine on a regular cycle. However, it is not waterproof. When I tested it under the shower, any water that hit the zipper seeped through. On the plus side, it dried quickly. My only durability concern is with the latching system for the straps. The clasps themselves are plastic (which is fine), but the straps that you need to manually feed through them are not folded over at the ends. This means they could slip out if the bag is heavy. The bag seems, overall, a little unfinished because of this and I did not a few loose threads when checking it over that seem like a minor quality control issue. Read more

The message pins have plastic backings that make them a bit more durable than traditional metal-backed pins. I found the bag to be stitched and assembled properly, with several spacious pockets. I especially like the roller bag strop and hidden pocket between the straps (on the outside of the “laptop side” of the bag). The interiors are lined in silver (instead of black or no lining) which should aid in quickly finding items inside. The bag will probably hold up for casual use just fine.
