As someone who WFH for 8+hrs, this chair is very comfortable. The seat is not really firm or soft- rather a perfect medium between the two. While the user cannot adjust the height of the armrests, I find it's not too much of a bother as the height they sit at is just right for me (I'm 5'3, for reference). The armrests are also linked, so they follow the position of the backrest accordingly. I honestly prefer sitting in this chair a lot more then I do my 500$+ Secret Lab chair. The pillows are a really cute addition and make the chair even more comfortable, especially the paw-shaped lumbar pillow. I would say this chair provides a lot more support then you'd usually find in the DX racer-like design. Lastly, this chair is very easy to assemble for one person. Unfortunately my chair had one issue where it was leaning to one side. I suspect it was a defect as I followed the instructions as intended. I contacted the seller with photos of my issue and they sent me a new chair immediately with no hassle. The customer service I received was excellent. I would recommend this vendor and this product. Very nice gaming chair with so much cuteness. I love the bells on the ears that jingle when you get in and out, and move around the chair. The lumbar support pillow also has stretchy straps that wrap around the chair to hold it in place. Easy to put together! Definitely worth every penny! There was a small cosmetic issue on the base of the chair that holds the wheels, although it's almost covered by the little plastic thing on the vertical bar. Read more

I LOVE THIS CHAIR ITS SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! I have scoliosis so a lot of different chairs tend to hurt my back, but this is the first chair that actually didn’t hurt my back at all and has continued to help my back pain I highly recommend getting this chair if you’re like the gaming chair look but don’t want a small bottom of the chair to be able to sit in might have divots in it my old one, but this new one is a flat and has a lot more room I could sit crisscross applesauce in it and laid all the way back to reclined from when I’m watching movies on my PC it’s very good. I highly recommend this chair you should get it. It’s really good easy to build. Took about 30 minutes maybe less I love the color and even the cute little cat ears that go on the chair nicely made the cushions could be a little bit more better made but overall it’s a very good chair and the cushions are really nice. This chair is adorable in person. The colors are bright, the cat ears are cute, and it fits perfectly with a girly or pastel setup. It’s comfortable to sit in for long periods, and the footrest is a nice bonus. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the assembly took a little patience, but once it’s put together, it feels sturdy and looks amazing. Right out the box: PROS: - Purchased on sale, around $135 I believe. Compared to other gaming chairs this is a STEAL. If your on the fence about purchasing this, just go for it! You wont regret it, this is such a high quality chair for an incredible price (even when not on sale I'd say its worth it!) I purchased it to replace my drafting chair at work. I'm a graphic designer so I'm at my desk for 8-10 hours a day. I love my standing desk and foot mat but could never comfortable in my chair. My previous chair also contributed so my terrible posture and over the last 2-3ish years has caused quite a few back issues. - About 35 minutes to assemble (assembled by myself). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I do build a lot of things like this so I was able to build it quickly and easily by myself. I do love the fact they included the 80% rule and order to screw in the bolts. It's not super common knowledge but very important! - Once assembled, it's sturdy ,stable and very comfortable! The back is adjustable with a level on the bottom that allows you set the back into place. I will have to get used to having two levers lol I kept adjusting the height while trying to position the back but thats a me thing. Also, while leaning the back down it doesnt feel like the chair will fall over or tip, its very stable even when the back is laid all the way down. - The cushions are soooo cute! The chair its self seems to be made of high quality cushions that are soft but firm - perfect for sitting for long hours without worrying about hurting our back or butt. The seperate back and butt cushions only add to the comfort. They did did come vacuum sealed so I let them fluff up for a couple hours before using them. Theyre super soft but I dont think they'll stay fluffy with daily use for very long and will end up flat in a couple of weeks. - THE CAT EARS?! incredible touch. I didnt like the bells sounding off anytime I moved a bit so I did remove the bells from them but they were easy to remove and can be in a way that allows you put them back on at any time. - The wheels are butter smooth and with some general maintenance and cleaning I'm sure theyll stay that way. Cons: - Right out of the box there is quite a strong smell but once you let it air out for 2-3 hours the smell is mostly gone - 24 hours and its gone completely. I did spray it down with some gentle fabric spray which helped cover the smell during that time. (A spray intended for linen and other fabrics not a room spray. Fabric spray is much lighter and wont cause any long term damage or residue on fabrics. - Personally, I wish the chair could go taller. I understand why making it taller is not safe and can lead to injury due to the top being heavy and making it taller increases the possibility of it tipping over.
