Nice looking, very lovely
Nice natural-fiber waste basket! This is the nicest one I saw on Amazon, after going back and forth a few times, looking at closeups of the weaves of different ones. It's very well made, woven neatly, and is an attractive addition to the side of my bed. I bought it to replace a round wicker basket there, that kept banging into the side of my nightstand when I would get in and out of bed, which eventually made a mark on my nightstand! This fits the space better, as it indents into an area the round one did not, and so I have been able to use wood stain to fix the mark on my nightstand, and since this basket is out of the traffic area, it no longer bumps into the nightstand and creates a mark. Nice basket but expensive
This is a nice looking waste basket. When I got it, some of the weaves were sticking out so I had to tuck them in under another weave. You can tell that I tucked it in since it a different pattern then all the other weaves, but its not easily spotted so its not a big deal. The quality seems to be ok with the exception of the pieces that were sticking out. I feel like this is a little on the pricey side at almost $29. Read more
Believable enough to resemble natural materials.
I didn't expect much from a waste basket made of plastic, and certainly didn't think it was worth a review. Seemed trivial. But I was surprised when I received this. I bought the "grey" one. It very much has the look I was searching for and isn't plastic-shiny as I feared it might be. The striped plastic strips become scrunched up tight during the weaving onto the sturdy wire frame and this creates the illusion of natural weaving materials. Mine has the coloration of weathered wood, which is the look I'd hoped for to go in my gray-tiled bathroom. Impressed. Read more
