The media could not be loaded. Excellent espresso / coffee machine. Have been using the Tchibo machines for years and loved the product but was currently unavailable. I need an additional machine and this looked similar but has the attached frother. I decided to give this a try. Glad I decided on this machine. This machine is just as good or better than the Tchibo and has more options. Making cappuccinos and latte automatically is fantastic. I love the item, but don't like that it always ask if I had beans in it several tiles while it's in the process of brewing even though it does have beans in it. It some times does not make the expresso strong because it thinks that there are no beans in it. I wish it had a button up and down for the output instead of having to manually pushing it up and down. Not sure if I want to keep this. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This machine has no “brand” name and is not searchable anywhere. Kind of suspicious. Pioneerworks (according to their web site) does not make coffee makers. I should have been more careful but I was searching for this type of machine to replace my other brand one. From the first moment out of the box the Machine does not power on. Plug is correct. Was unsure how this coffee maker would be, but we are pleasantly surprised. This automatic espresso & more works really well. I love how you can chose the amount of coffee, frothy milk along with multiple different types of coffee is amazing. It make great coffee every time. The self-cleaning function is awesome!
