This machine is just as good or better than the Tchibo and has more options. Making cappuccinos and latte automatically is fantastic. I love the item, but don't like that it always ask if I had beans in it several tiles while it's in the process of brewing even though it does have beans in it. It some times does not make the expresso strong because it thinks that there are no beans in it. The media could not be loaded. This machine has no “brand” name and is not searchable anywhere. Kind of suspicious. Pioneerworks (according to their web site) does not make coffee makers.
