I normally wear the same size in my bottoms and tops. The extra large bottoms fit okay. They have a lot of stretch and the inside is soft. The top would not pull over my average sized chest. I compared it to other similar tops and it was much smaller. I am curvy. If you are not a curvy girl, the tops may be a favorite for you. I loved the color. I bought 2 sizes because I needed these for a ski trip. I kept both so I had a top to wear with the bottoms. They washed well (did not put in dryer) on gentle and were a nice under layer to hold in body heat and wicked away sweat. I have not experienced pilling or snags so far. The color did not fade. I wish they were sold as separates. I do think the product is above average and recommend for wearing indoors or as a base layer in cold temps. I'm impressed at the quality of these Long Johns. It keeps me warm and protects me from the elements. It is true to size. It also allows me to layer it up.
