These filters are easy to install and make my city tap water smell and taste great! However, I'm not as satisfied with these filters, as I was with my past two orders. The filters I received this time filter a lot more slowly than the others in the past, and just stop filtering halfway through...over 50% of the time it leaves 1/3 to1/2 of the water in the top, and doesn't filter. I have to dump it out, shake the filter, and then try again. I've tried all of the troubleshooting tips, but it keeps happening. Pretty annoying, given the price of these filters. Read more

Tap, don't shake!

I filter at least a gallon of water a day. I live alone, so this is what I use. When the filter gets clogged, the directions say to lightly tap the top a few times on the counter. It specifically says not to shake the filter!! Every morning I take the upper reservoir out and unscrew the filter. I tap it four times, lightly, then screw it back in. I never have clogs when I do this. It is well worth a few seconds of adjustment to have the wonderful water that this pitcher makes. I recommend that new customers (or old ones) read the directions before using these filters. You can get them on the Reshape website if you've thrown yours away. Read more

Awesome Filters. Makes my water taste wonderful. My city water doesn't taste the best, but after running through the pitcher it taste very clean. I have a digital PH tester I will test and let you know what it comes back as, as well as a PPM meter. More to come, but as of right now, my daughters are going through this water like it is Kool-Aid. Someone posted negative about his filter not working. That sounds like he may have gotten a bad filter. In manufacturing, these things can happen. I am willing to bet reshape would work with him if he reached out to them....as everything I have read about this is guaranteed. Read more
