Very sticky when they need to be, but are easy enough to remove with some elbow grease. They’re almost invisible up close, and even harder to see on display. Nothing budges when my cat decides to jump on my display shelf. I haven’t seen any residue left behind, but be careful because it can lift paint on your things (figures or shelves). I’d imagine that would be the case for any similar product, though. My 3rd photo shows it as a bit more visible than it should be, but that’s because I wasn’t careful when placing the doll and accidentally tore the tape. Otherwise it’s completely clear. Just got it to put on the back of some foam to stick to my walls to reduce reverberation. I wasn't sure how well it'd stick, however, it works perfectly. If anyone else is using a similar application on cloth/foam, at first it might be hard to pull off the second side of the dot to stick to a wall and you might be afraid you'll pull it off the foam - don't be. You don't need to be gentle in removing the second side, as the first side (stuck to your object) adheres pretty well as long as you press it on firmly. I bought these to hold some light weight wooden letters on my wall and it says its sheetrock friendly. Ima tell you it is not. Lol. Does it hold the letters on the wall and do its job? Absolutely. Is it priced decently? Also yes. But if you remove them trust and believe your sheetrock/paint is going to come off with it. These will not come off that wall clean. Read more
