It does what it should... CLEANSES AND TONES THE INTESTINES. With regular use, "clockwork" and "consistent" keep popping into my head. An internal cleansing and strengthening supplement. I feel compelled to mention: I saw a bad review that complained about no weight loss and it isn't a dieting product, so I was confused. However, I have no problem maintaining my ideal weight while using it; keeping my muscles inside as healthy as the outside most probably doesn't hurt! Oh!
