Easy to swallow capsule supplements for ashwaganda root to supposedly curb appetite

Did it curb my appetite? I don't know. These capsules were easy to swallow and did not have a fould smell or taste, so there is a plus there. Losing weight begins with eating healthy and maintaining an active lifestyle, but also with limiting food intake, which is where ashwaganda root is supposed to help. Honestly, I cannot tell if it made an impact in my cravings or hunger levels. I will keep taking this to see if more time is needed to notice any changes in my appetite. The price seems fair, in comparison to other ashwaganda root supplements on the market, and the capsules are easy to swallow, i.e. not gargantuan-sized horse pills. There is no taste, of course, unless you allow the capsule to inger in your mouth and the capsule opens or disintegrates and the powder inside escapes. Read more
