This is an excellent headset. Great sound. Mic works great. Stand makes charging easy. Good noise cancellation. I would highly recommend it, but consider a different vendor. This is a very attractive headset with charging base. Very well crafted and engineered. the mic quality is awesome! However the initial setup was cumbersome needed IT guy to help me connect. Once connected the 100 ft range it boasted was a pitiful 5-10 feet max and it continously dropped bluetooth pairing and I had to refresh repeatedly. I really wanted to like this headset since the quality ofbuild and mic were exceptional but alas the range and connectivity ended up being huge issues and had to return. I bought the headset for work. It sounds and feels great with Bluetooth on cellphone, but it doesn't work with another plantronics hardphone connector. After further research, I've found that the included BT700 bluetooth dongle and the connector worked individually but not together. For them to work together, I would need the BT600 which would cost an extra $50 - $120. Read more

Received a faulty headset with only one working side. The headset itself didn't have a scratch which leads me to believe that this seller took one look at it and didn't bother to make sure that it works properly. Even if they do send you a working one, their refurbishing system is flawed and they you are more likely to get a non-working headset. Its very easy to test for this sort of thing. Just connect the headset. For those that don't know, a headset that only plays audio from one side has a hardware issue, no way around it. Save yourself the headache and buy from a different seller, I have purchased refurbished items before and I expect a quality product, this is not that. Edit: I returned the headset on the same day and received another one the next day, which was great. The headset I received did work correctly, had the newer adapter, but was really dirty and did not come with tape lining. It had cardboard/wooden chips all over it so I needed to clean it up pretty well before giving it to my coworker. the ear pads were also somewhat bent and had groves running along the middle. I will give them 2 extra stars for good shipping and response time. Read more
