I never wrote any review for any product online before. I know this is not Amazon’s fault. I did connect with PS direct customer support and they told me that I’m not eligible? Are you kidding me? I purchased one of the only PS5 Spider-Man exclusive PS5 console and I’m not eligible to receive my voucher. I also ordered Spider-Man 2 collectors edition.It was a gift to my nephew and now I have to pay another 69$ for the game. It’s just bad. Shame on you Sony. Read more
