I had the worst experience ive ever had with an Amaxon purchase. First, package came in just a cardboard box ( not Song packaging ) but I guess that’s expected when you buy renewed ( which I still payed a very high price for used product ) it also came with random cables and was just overall sketchy. I moved on and started the console set up. As soon as I downloaded a game ( which was estimated to take +50 hours and actually took 2 whole days to download ) I proceeded to enter the game and immediately the console would blast its fans and shut off completely. I received this interaction over and over again even after redownloading the game. I would not recommend and just bite the bullet a pay for brand new from trusted sellers WITH WARRANTY! Read more

I ordered this thinking it would be the digital PS5 but it turns out they sent me the non-digital system instead. You can still download games and use discs but I wish they were upfront about it. For charging double the cost and not being upfront on what they send, I give a 4 star rating. However, they were quick with the delivery so that's a plus. I'm overall satisfied. Read more
