Plus Size Womens Green Long Retro Robe in Cotton Rayon and Brushed Jersey with Attached Belt

I’m using this robe for when I go to deliver my baby at the hospital. The material is stretchy, soft, and breathable. The sleeves are wide enough to put a blood pressure cuff and IV in. It’s a beautiful color but it isn’t as described. It states thick cotton but it isn’t thick at all. It’s a very thin robe in a beautiful color. This is the 2nd robe I’ve purchased from them. The first one was an ivory/white rayon cotton mix which is heavy. Both were supposedly the same size 3xl tall, this one is 3” or 4” shorter the sleeves are also shorter and they both shrink when washed, the rayon/cotton robe went from too long to just right this one went from just right to above my ankles and I’m only 5’5” and the arms are way to short. I love the look of the robes but this green robe doesn’t seem worth the price it’s actually a thin cheap t-shirt material not a heavy t-shirt material it’s a cheap version of the description. While I think it’s beautiful it really isn’t nearly as nice as the rayon cotton ivory/white robe its a whole lot smaller too. Too bad that robe wasn’t in this color. Anyways they are beautiful robes but the other is more expensive feeling and looking and most definitely would last a whole lot longer. I washed both robes by themselves on a cold gentle wash sunny front loaders and did a low temp tumble dry. This one the 100% cotton robe I dried until damp, the cotton rayon I dried low temp until completely dry. No I wouldn’t purchase this particular robe again but I would purchase the rayon cotton robe again. For the same price this one isn’t worth it. Read more

It says in the very small print that this robe is custom made and not returnable. It was NOT custom made for me. I sent them no measurements beforehand. The fabric is so cheap and flimsy that you can see everything under the robe. I buy items on Amazon because they are returnable. Amazon did not make the lack of refund obviously at all. Be prepared to pour your money down the drain if you buy this robe. Read more

Half the pictures for this item when I ordered were purple and half were green. I decided I liked both of those colors just in case and ordered my normal size but in a tall because I wanted it to my ankles. (it did come in green) The fabric is soft and I love that I don't have to hunt for the belt. I thought the sleeves would be awesome but I catch them on the most random of things and I find them very annoying when I am not fully awake yet. Still enjoy the robe though. Read more
