I had seen this product around quite a bit as a decent introductory toy to massage in the posterior. It is hard plastic surrounded by soft silicone for a smoother entry. It is easily designed for long-term wear, though the rigid structure means you will feel it with every move or when you're seated. After some time, you'll find that your can relax your PC muscles and will really enjoy the finger-sized probe as it brushes around on the prostate: right to left when walking or using stairs, and back & forth as you sit & maneuver. It lends a wonderful secret stimulation to a time all to yourself, and if your partner/s know it's in, then it can be a fun little game as they watch your face while your move around. The neck of the probe is smaller than a pinky, and the bulbous part is really no bigger than a thumb. The front arm does a nice job of rubbing from the outside. While the insertable part has good dimensions and feels nice if you work to get it to the right place, the design of the rest of it is totally backwards. The long bar that is supposed to rub your perineum (taint) behind your balls is at least 60° off. It almost points down toward your knees. That makes the insertable part angle toward the back of the rectum and away from the prostate so you don't get the correct sensations. Search for "Aneros" here on Amazon and look at their products and design. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for (i.e., a product that works and will get you off). Read more

It works in that it does massage the prostate, but it doesn’t give me a mind blowing orgasm. What I think it does well is simply putting pressure against the prostate gland when you squeeze or rock back and forth on your buttocks. It’s comfortable enough to leave it inserted for several hours or even a whole day. It’s rather pleasant for me and makes me leak a lot of prostatic fluid. What it doesn’t do is give you a sensation of fullness inside like a dildo does. It’s just a very subtle pleasurable feeling. It’s not a substitute for a dildo.
