This is a very small razor, but right out of the box, it feels incredibly high quality. I will say that during the very first use, it did pull a few hairs, which was a little concerning. Fortunately, that never happened again after the first time, so the blades might just need a quick break in period before they glide smoothly. It cuts surprisingly close for such a small unit. I did notice a little bit of unexplained bleeding afterward, even though I could not actually find a visible cut anywhere on my face, so you might want to be mindful of how much pressure you apply. Some spots on the neck and jawline can be a little tricky to get at first. The best trick I found is to move the shaver around in all four directions, and that easily takes care of everything you missed. I used just a bit of water with it, and it handled that perfectly. The absolute best part is the cleanup. It does not make a mess all over the sink because it catches about 95 percent of the clipped hairs right inside the shaver. It is a really solid option if you need a quick, mess free shave. At around $22 its a great travel or daybag. As a barber, Iโve been using the Babyliss FXONE Shaver for a while, but I recently tried the PLUZZ foil shaver and was impressed immediately after turning it on. The motor sounds strong and powerful, very similar to the FXONE. One thing I really like is the compact form factor. This stick shaver is about half the size of the FXONE, which makes it much easier to handle and maneuver. Despite the smaller size, it features double foils and delivers a smooth, close shave. I mainly use this shaver for hard-to-reach areas when balding out, such as behind the ears. It works very well for that purpose. For facial hair, it also performs well, although I still find a traditional razor to be a bit faster and capable of achieving the absolute closest shave. Read more
This Electric Foil Shaver by Pluzz is an affordable shaver. The housing is made of a chrome-like plastic finish that is easy to hold with dry hands. The handle is the perfect length for the average hand and provides enough grip navigating the shaver around each contour. The foil shaver provided a close shave with comfort and did not irritate my skin. It does glide well in transition between the neck and the face. At full charge, I had enough battery charge for a few shaves before I had to recharge it again. This shaver is rather small and basic. It shaves at 6000rpm, not bad by any stretch. It is like a standard double shaver except it has a t-grip- I suppose whether thatโs a good thing boils down to oneโs preference. I personally prefer a box shaped shaver. One thing I will say is Iโm growing used to t-grip shavers having swiveling heads to accommodate the contours of oneโs chin- thatโs a gesture this shaver does not have. This foil razor has a unique design. The slim, unique design feels good in hand, natural and comfortable. It charges fairly quickly and lasts a long time. It's easy to use and easy to clean. It works decent but not as well as other men's shavers. It just doesn't seem to have the power to do a good shave on a man's beard. It would however, make a great shaver for women. Read more
