The pomegranate tastes good and relieved stiff joints. However it seems to cause skin pigmentation. My face becomes darker and my arms and kegs get darker pores. Read more

Pom' supplement
I have been taking a Pomegranate supplement for about 4 yrs., another brand but haven't been able to find it on Amazon lately. So, decided to try this one. For whatever reason, this particular product gave me "the runs", something the other brand never did and it's disappointing as I love pomegranate and the pomegranate supplement. Might be something in this one that isn't in the "BB" brand because I've never had a problem with that one. UPDATE: May 25, 2024 I reported that this supplement didn't agree with me in a fairly bad way. I was asked by the seller to send information on the bottle and pictures, which I did. Now, the seller would like me to send them my personal health information! I find that very odd. I've been taking vitamins and supplements for a little over 50 years, have occasionally sent one back or given a not-so-great review but NEVER in five plus decades has any supplement/vitamin seller ever asked me for my personal health information which I may add, is NONE of their business!!! Apparently 'this' Pomegranate supplement is different in some way than the Pomegranate supplement I took for more than four years with ZERO problems. Read more
