I’ve used MACA off and on for many many years. I love it for how it regulates your hormones and have experienced many positive effects from it. This supplement contains 3 colors of MACA. It doesn’t however mention anything about whether it is raw or gelatinized. That’s kind of an important distinction because some people cannot tolerate raw MACA very well. I personally don’t have a problem with either. It seems light colored for maca (I’m used to a medium brown colored powder) but it does have a lot of additives/fillers (can see darker flecks in the powder) so maybe that is why? I didn’t really notice any effects when taking this but, I do not react strongly to supplements, and I have been taking Maca before I got this particular brand so I wouldn’t expect to notice a reaction from it. When I was looking into the company I see it has large presence. It has a website, FB page QR code for more info. I like that. When a company shows they have a huge presence online it tells me that they don’t have anything to hide, which makes me have more confidence that their supplement contains what they say it contains. Not to mention the fact that it is Gmp and 3rd party tested. Overall, it seems to be a fairly decent Maca supplement. You can find Maca that’s more affordable, but if you’re looking for three colors of Maca, and it doesn’t matter to you whether it’s raw or gelatinized, then this would be a decent option. Read more

I followed the package directions, started with one a day. I love my coffee in the morning, but the crash in the afternoon made me just want to lay down and take a nap.
