This is the best ever for removing mascara and makeup. I dip a cotton ball lightly in the cream and it makes my entire face feel clean. I use a separate cotton ball for each eye (I wear eyeliner and mascara) dipped lightly in this cream and it completely removes stubborn mascara. This Ponds cream is velvety and gentle on face. There is no doubt that this works. It takes every bit of makeup off, the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the unscented version actually smells terrible.
