I have dark skin so i naturally have dark spots. I can’t say definitively yet that this cream is helping but I do see my dark spots improving. This cream really does what it claims: brightens the skin instantly, while being lightweight and non-drying! When I tried it the first time, I put this on half of my face and skin looked so much smoother and brighter. You know how you put on primers and can't tell a difference? Your skin will instantly be brighter/a shade lighter putting this on. It's a greenish-white so better for covering red tones. It's not the "white" cast from sunscreen look either. I describe effect as a dewy primer - the selfie touchup is a good name. The texture of this is light-watery cream, and essentially no scent. It's very easy to apply and spread. It dries almost instantly and doesn't leave skin oily, sticky, or dry. This isn't the moisturizer for very dry skin, but it's good enough as a light moisturizer. I put blush over this and it blends without issues. If I put tinted sunscreen afterwards, it doesn't pill, but does spread everything a bit oddly. So I leave this as last step instead. Most days I wear a good primer/sunscreen that can blur and smooth my skin, and skip the foundation. A couple of my favorite primers have been discontinued due to silicone and I'm still trying to find replacements. For light coverage days - this product is amazing and is probably one of the best primer replacements I've used! Read more

PONGDANG White Touch Selfie Cream This cream works really well to hide minor imperfections as well as hydrate my skin. I have super dry skin that is sensitive and this did a great job at hiding the redness in my skin. It doesn't cover everything but it really helps and I can use my tinted sunscreen on top of this for additional coverage when I don't want to wear a full face of foundation. It has a light citrus scent that is really nice. I am thrilled with how my skin looks while using this cream. It does not make your skin look white either. Read more

This PONGDANG Selfie Cream is a concept new to me. It sounds like a skin care cream and makeup primer combo so I tested it as such. It feels like a very light weight cream with no oily feeling, no scent, and no color on my pale skin. I wore this for a whole day. This does not roll up, does not separate, and does not interfere anything I put on afterwards. I used this on part of my face and, when checking in the mirror or on my cell phone, I did not notice any difference of my face from without using this. I think this my skin but better cream would probably be better for someone who has very good skin already. As to my case, this does not make any skin discoloration or skin tone looking better. So I guess for my skin this is more of a skincare item which may needs longer time to attest to its effectiveness. Read more

I would consider this more of a skin care product than a makeup. It doesn't so much cover skin imperfections as enhance your natural look. It is chock full of the ingredients you find in much higher end products, so LOVE that. After application, my skin looks just a touch brighter, smoother, and it adds a very attractive glow. Because it isn't tinted, there is nothing on your fingers, and nothing to rub off on your phone, etc. This is a product I will use when I am not wearing makeup, just to give myself a boost of radiance.
