High quality and easy to install exercise bike. Comes with everything to put bike together, no extra tools needed. If paper instructions are not your thing, they have a link to YouTube with step by step instructions. It makes very little to no noise when in operation. The bike is compact and takes up little room. It collapses needing little storage place and the wheels help move it where you need it. The exercise bands and bottle holder are a plus. Very satisfied with purchase, highly recommended. Got it put together and seems to work fine but i was disappointed that it took me 3 hours to assemble it. It's a folding exercise book so i thought it would come pretty much assembled. All i would have do is add the pedals and handlebar. But there were like 15 pieces. Instructions were pretty good and they did include all the needed nuts and bolts and tools. I didn't use the video ( at their website) of how to assemble it and i wish i had. Read more

Excellent Product! This is one of the nicest pieces of home exercise equipment I have ever owned. The price cannot be beat and the ease of use is exceptional. I ordered the bike and it arrived in 5 days- great service. The packaging was very sturdy and well cushioned. The first thing I saw when opening the box was a checklist of parts that was hand checked-off making sure that everything was there. Assembly took about 45 minutes with easy to read and follow step-by-step instructions. Tools (a screwdriver, wrench, and two socket wrenches) were included. Once assembled, and after waiting the recommended 12 hour period to allow the thread locking liquid I had to put on the pedals to prevent them from loosening up in the future to set, I hopped on for my first ride. I was amazed at how quiet the operational was. One of my thoughts was that I could do a workout in the same room as someone that was sleeping and never worry about waking them up- yes, it is that quiet. When folded into storage mode, it takes up a very small footprint of floor space- even so when in bike mode as well. Another aspect that is nice is the backrest behind the seat. although most exercise bikes do not have this, in my case it was a welcomed extra- with lower back issues this seatback is a constant reminder to keep good posture while riding. The digital readout is a nice feature. Distance traveled, speed, calories, and time are all shown as well as pulse rate should you decide to place your hands on the handlebar sensors. The pulse rate shown is almost the same as a separate unit I have to measure heart rate. Some reviews mention a water bottle holder and how it comes apart. It is an adjustable device that can be made wider or slimmer (to accommodate various sizes of water bottles) using a screwdriver to turn a long screw in or out. I can see how a person turning the screw too far out could have the holder fall apart, but common sense and paying attention to how far it is being turned is needed. I do not use it for a water bottle, but rather have place a Solo-sized cup in the holder to store my tv remotes for easy access during my rides. Customer service so far has been great. I received a welcome note from the seller the day after receiving the unit (they asked that I reply to let them know how the unit arrived and if I had any questions) and replied back to them on a Friday night. I received a reply that very weekend. Further correspondence about my pleasure with the bike has been answered as well. To wrap things up, this bike is definitely worth the $$$ and then some- I would have paid much more for this piece of equipment. It is very sturdy and well made.
