Was so cheap, I bought it and left it outside with no cover and it's been rained on, some afternoon sun hits it everyday, and it's still running like a champ! If it's available, buy it. Pro Tip: fill it with a 64oz cup of ice, then let it melt, then fill it again. It will stay cool for at least 45 mins doing it this way. Read more

This cooler does not cool very effectively. I'm not sure if its the quality of the pad, since the fan moves plenty of air yet it evaporates so little water. My other evap coolers work fine, so there must be something up with the design of this. That being said, it is a nice fan for sleeping and does provide enough humidity that it doesn't dry me out at night. I'd recommend sticking with one of the dedicated brands, like Hessaire. Read more

I've now had one for over 6 months without any issues. It runs perfect every night. The water I put into it isn't the cleanest, so I do imagine I'll have issues with residue clogging it up at some point, but it was worth every penny Read more

To start I wanted to use it for less than 275sqft in a camper where the main AC needs to be replaced soon. It works ok. Even with ice water unless it’s blowing directly on you it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. It works better as a supplement coolant vs a primary source. For the price though I’d still say it’s worth it and doesn’t take up much room Edit: never mind. Don’t buy it. I’ve barely used it and it’s already stopped working. Had it 1-1/2 months and only used it a couple times for a couple hours at a time. And if it’s not completely level the water spills out the back.
