I don’t know what is wrong with everyone else reviewing this or if they are just using this in an air conditioned room, but this thing is HOT GARBAGE. I got this to make my car cooler until I am able to fix the AC, and it barely works. This thing is hardly worth $10, let alone $40. Even holding it directly to my face, it did nearly nothing. I’ve gotten way more relief from heat with a handheld held spray bottle fan. It also kept shutting off while it was connected to the charger and after being charged. The ONLY appealing factor may be the handle and lights? But that’s not why I got this. 🙄 I find it atrocious this is being sold at this price and that I now have to waste my time returning this. This helps cool down by misting the water through the fan. It works well to help cool things down. It has different fan speeds and misting settings, so it can be adjusted easily to what is needed at the time. I like that it has a timer, so I do not need to remember to turn it off, or to have it running once I fall asleep. I also like that it has a remote control so I can adjust things form my bed at night without getting up. Wow I’m so unhappy with this. It worked for 8 minutes, and not even well! I bought it to use in my car because my air conditioner issue has chosen to be the worlds best kept secret that no mechanic can figure out. The fan just circulated the hot air so it was blowing hot air at me and the “mist” came out but didn’t make the hot air any cooler, just made my car more humid. And then after 8 minutes it just completely stopped and has not worked again since. I’ve replaced the ice and water, I’ve plugged it into multiple outlets, I’ve even changed out the cord to a different USBC charger and it just will not turn on at all. What a waste of time and money. I have a mother-in-law studio apartment in the far northwest corner of my historic old home. It is on the end of a long run of ducting from the HVAC system and receives almost no air conditioning. I was invited to test this unit so I read the reviews of this air cooler and decided to give it a try as it can get very hot in the late afternoons during the summer months and uncomfortable warm in that part of the house. To my surprise, this little unit out performs my expectations. The room is about 300 sq ft and this unit cools the room beautifully. Fill it with water and a bit of ice, and you have instant cool blowing through the room. I'm completely satisfied with the ease of operation and the cooling this unit provides while taking up nearly no space at all. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good room air conditioner that operates efficiently and is very cost effective to purchase. Read more
I used it for a couple weeks and it was working fine. I would have it on for like 4 hours and it worked. But then it stopped working after 2 weeks! I returned it of course! Read more
This product is a lie 😂. It will NOT cool a whole room down, much less a small box. BUT in the winter it’s actually not a bad humidifier for the price. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I attached a photo and a video of how water filters its way to the inside and comes in contact with the electronics and filters out the buttons on the bottom. When I went to turn the unit on, I noticed that nothing was happening so as I went through troubleshooting what I’m doing wrong, as I touch the power block, I notice that it was super hot just from connecting it. After making sure that it wasn’t the cable or power block that went bad, I noticed water come out the buttons when I picked the unit up after emptying it and wiping it down. Water was still inside. The unit was dead but if I would have left it connected all day, I’m pretty sure that it could have caused a fire with how fast the power block and cable heated up when I connected it. I had a replacement issued and tested it to see if it still would leak into the buttons and it does. Read more
This portable fan provides a nice cool breeze. You fill the reservoir with water and when the fan is turned on it works in conjunction with the fan to provide a cool breeze. The water tank does remain filled for quite a while, depending on the length of time the fan is on. You have the option of 2 fan speeds, a timer and the fan vent has a lever inside to help direct the cool air. This fan is the perfect size for my desk, it doesn’t take up a lot of room and it runs quietly. Instead of turning the large room fan on when I’m working I instead use this fan which provides enough cool air to cool me down. I’ve also begun using the nightlight feature in the evening instead of turning on a lamp. Read more
