The package arrived in a plastic bag and the box it came in looked very damaged. Luckily inside it was fine. When the fan only is in it has a decent amount of power. However, you you turn on each mist (1-3 power settings), the fan significantly decreases in power to the point where it’s barely blowing if all are on and it sucks the mist back into itself. I have bought like four of these. One out of the four was cheap. The plastic blade arrived off and couldn’t snap it back on. But the other three were great! When it’s really hot, I sit in front of it and turn on the misting part. The misting part really keeps you cool about as cool as an air conditioner. I love it. I have one in the kitchen in front of sink so when I wash dishes. I have one in the bathroom. And I have one next to my bed. Read more

I had bought a unit like this before about 10 years ago and had great results. In fact I still have the other unit and I still use it...only one jet works but it still cools especially when I put ice in it. Also the water lasts longer only using one jet. This unit is quite a bit smaller and also the fan is not very strong. Also the water resuvoir is also smaller. The only rediming quality I see is that it has four jets instead of only three..So basicly I was disappointed upon recieving this. My Step son wants to try this thing out to see if he can get any cool out of it...but for me I would just return it. I think there are better alternatives even in this price range. Its a decent product, The mist doesn't last very long on full and on lower settings it doesn't do enough mist imo and wish the fan was stronger, It should be priced at $25 no more then that. I paid $40 for mine and for the price it just wasn't good enough, Still decent tho. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have it on my desk at work. It keeps me so cold. The three speed of the fan are great. There is a little noise but you can’t really hear it. Unless you have it right next to you like I do but anyway else I walked in the room can’t hear it. It was easy to acceptable. I love that you can plug into a USB for or a wall unit. It’s portable. You can take it anywhere my friends want to take to Costa Rica with her. Read more

Overall, the unit works very well. However, there are a couple of issues. First, there was no cotton pad included in the unit nor the packaging, so you cannot add any essential oil fragrance. Secondly, when the front and back of the unit was sealed together, it was sealed unevenly, so the base is not flat as the front was sealed higher than the back, so the unit will not stand up properly and tips over very easily. If it had some rubber feet that one could attach to the bottom, this might help. The pictures display the unit with stabilizing feet, but these do not exist, sadly. Read more
