I have always been meaning to try using a bidet after hearing so much about them from friends and family. I did not want to commit to the fancy ones that are quite expensive but this portable one seemed like a good starter bidet to try and see if I like it. It was very easy to use and it makes such a difference in how clean I feel compared to just using toilet paper to wipe. The different strength levels for the water are nice to have, and I like that it comes with a bunch of extra replacement heads. So far it has lasted well on one charge. The media could not be loaded. This product arrived defective and does not work at all. I followed every single step in the instructions and troubleshooting. The power turns on, the button flashes, and I made sure the L / M / H settings are not flashing, but the nozzle does not spray and it doesn’t make any sound like it’s actually running. I checked videos from other buyers to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, and mine clearly does not function the way it’s supposed to. No spray, no motor noise, nothing—just flashing lights and false hope. What makes this even worse is that the item is non-returnable, so I can’t get a replacement or a refund. I basically threw $20 straight into the trash for something I can’t even use. Extremely disappointed. This bidet leaves you feeling very clean and refreshed. After you fill up the water reservoir you get close to 30 seconds to use it until the water runs out. The pressure of the water can change to low, medium and high and it has a pulse option that offers a low and high setting. It also comes with 3 different attachments but you get two of each one so it’s 6 total. So if something happens to one you have a backup option which is really cool. The area that’s used for the water reservoir is also used as a storage area to slide the bidet into when you’re done. That’s a pretty cool option to keep it clean and for size purposes if you need to travel or throw it in your purse. It also comes with a grey bag you can store it in. Nice little bag. Easy to operate. Does a good job of cleaning. Durable materials. BUT it squeaks and squeaks the entire time it is on. I purchased this to use during travel.
