So mine didn’t work and I need it for my extended stay in the hospital. I wrote a separate review solely based on the product which is why I’m not changing how many stars I’m giving. But my previous review was honest & I expressed my disappointment because I really need it. That being said, I did not request a refund or exchange because as a previously stated I am in the hospital so it would be impossible for me to return the broken product. Much to my surprise within just a couple days the seller reached out to me and apologized and offered a full refund and stated they understood my situation and I did not have to send the broken one back! I just want to say how wonderful it is to know that there are still companies/business owners etc. out there that stand by their products and do the right thing even when not asked to! I’m definitely going to see if the seller sells a different bidet and I will try that one. The fact that the bidet did not work is not the Sellers‘s fault but the manufacturers.
