Once I figured out how to use this little shampooer, it worked great on my carpeted steps. I wasn’t sure on how much carpet shampoo to use though so I had to guess. Instructions on carpet shampoo and better marked parts would be helpful. Read more

I did research before buying a new shampooer and this one is better than the name brands because it has 21 kPa suction power (way higher than name brands), it's mote affordable, EASY to use, no leaks and comes with TWO heads and the one in the video is BIG. Awesome fir bigger spots!! I HIGHLY recommend this!! I'm on my 3rd shampooer (bought the name brands first) and this blows them out of the water! Read more
This item is not worth the hype. I have used it twice and my furniture looks just a little different. It smells fresh but definitely doesn't remember stains. I would try a different brand. Read more

Swapped this into one of the vacuums I keep around the house after the old filter started breaking down and it’s been doing what it needs to. The material feels firm enough to hold fine dust without tearing up or getting soft after use. I just tap it out between cleanings and it’s held up better than expected without needing much effort.
