I’m sure this machine has its uses, as I can see from the description, but I haven’t done anything spectacular with it yet. I looked over the little instructions that were sent and got some more information from the listing. It is not hard to use and is fairly easy to set up and change the attachments. It’s also easy to pour in the water. The power cord is long and so is the hose which gives a lot of reaching power. It is a lightweight machine and is portable as long as you have a power source. Turning it on and getting it going takes a little getting used to. It does heat up quickly and produces a lot of steam. I tried cleaning some tile with the scrapper attached, per the listing, and it was so so. I’m sure it depends on the stain as to how well it will clean. It did not clean that very well but that stain is tough. It did okay on something else I tried to clean. Anyway, it can supposedly do a lot of things and some I haven’t tried yet. I think for all of what you get and what it can do then it is a decent value. This portable steam cleaner appears well constructed and comes with a variety of accessories. The instructions are a simple one-page sheet, giving safety and maintenance instructions, but nothing regarding the use of the accessories. Basically, you attach the power cord to the cleaner, add about 1.75 liters of water and turn it on. You will hear the pump prime, some water will come out of the nozzle shortly followed by the pressurized steam. There are controls on the top of the unit as well as on the hand grip to control the power (on/off) and the volume (1-6). I had some silicone mats which had been sprayed down and washed in the washer. The washer didn't touch the stains, but the steam cleaner removed the stains quickly. The steamer also did a decent job of removing wrinkles from clothes by using the “shovel” attachments. The accessories included are a stainless extension wand, large (2 inch) and small (1 inch) nylon bristle brushes, two stainless steel wool balls and fittings to hold them as well as a large (4 inch) and small (2 inch) “shovel” which I assume is to clean upholstery/fabric. Also included are two microfiber bonnets with no clue as to how to use them and some spare “O” rings. There are warnings against using the cleaner on unsealed wood as it will raise the grain, or on porous objects. As always, test the steam cleaner on small patches which are not visible to avoid damaging the material. This steam cleaner does an incredible job for its price point, is easy to fill, use, and empty. The main suggestions I have are that the hose is not detachable, and there needs to be instructions on how to use the attachments. Read more
