Portable Heating Pad for Back Cordless Wearable Heat Belt with Massager for Lower Back Pain Relief Battery Powered

I have suffered from lower back pain for several years, along with sciatica. I have exhausted all known medical treatments, including spinal injections and ablation. Drugs and surgery are counter indicated; and I am now trying acupuncture as a last resort. Back brace’s are at best palliative. I have run the gambit of available units: those that do little more than provide some back support, a couple that failed to work after a couple of months, some that barely vibrated or heated, others that were uncomfortable, and one that would not stay closed. The IKeepFit covers a broad area of the back. It is very comfortable to wear, and the Velcro provides a tight fit. It appears to be very well-made. It functions intuitively with three levels of adjustable heat and vibration. A single charge of the battery will provide up to 10 sessions. It is not a cure, but it does help with my pain and discomfort. Customer Service is exemplary. I received responses to questions within 24 hours. You should understand that it is intended to be used for 20 to 30 minutes on and then 30 minutes off. I bought this for myself and my husband as we both have back pain issues and also to help relieve menstrual cramps. I've been really happy with this product overall and use it regularly. This has all the features I was wanting and I find it to be very comforting when I'm having back or menstrual cramps. I love that I can wear it while I still get stuff done around the house. I highly recommend this model. Pros: • Well made, it's not flimsy or cheap feeling. • The size of the heating area is great. I've seen some wearable heating pads that were very small and this covers a generous area of the body. The heat goes through the belt so you can feel it on the front and back of your body if you choose. • Heat settings are great, I like a lot of heat and this gets very hot on the highest setting but the lower settings are comfortable too. • I love the vibration choices. All the settings are very soothing. • Easy to charge and easy to operate. • Auto-shut off is a nice safety feature. • Includes extension panels for the strap to fit more people. • Can be worn comfortably while moving around and doing activities around the house. Cons: • Battery runs for about 3 uses before needing to be recharged, which isn't bad but a longer lasting battery would be nice. • I think the belt extension materials could use work. Unfortunately the scratchy part of the velcro is against your body when you use the extension and it sticks to your clothes. I really love this heating pad. I had bought a different one that was similar to this, but the battery or connection never worked. But this one does not have a battery that detaches. You plug-in the charging cord to the heating pad and it works great! It gets very hot, so make sure that you don't let it on your skin, because the plastic part could burn you. It comes with an extender if you have to put it around a wider part of your body. I use it around my upper hip area so this was very helpful. Read more

It works very well! The heating levels are more than adequate, and the vibration massage options are pleasantly relaxing. I was skeptical at first because of how small it looks, but it covered my back fully and provided heat exactly where I needed it. The auto shutoff feature is excellent—you can set it and forget it, and it even beeps once to let you know when it’s turning off. I highly recommend this product if you’re looking for something to use on your torso. However, if you need coverage for your shoulders or other areas, you may want to consider a different option. I have severe back probs.... especially the lumbar spine. This means I don't have to lay in bed all day since I can use the heating pad walking around. It has improved quality of life substantially. It heats well. Nice and evenly. Never Too Much too fast. Very comfortable. Also kinda helps with posture. The massage part of it doesn't really do it for me. Vibrations dont really help me so I dont use it. I wish instead of the auto shut off after 20 mins, that it just comes and goes in waves of temps. The battery life isn't that great for my needs. I work 12 hrs shifts in an ice cold computer figurative room. So the temps in there have to be below 60 or the equipment I work on over heats. It will do for now but at the most I can only get about 3 maybe 4 hrs of wear time before it needs to charge again. I give it a 3.5. Read more
