I love this Basin as it is easy to wash my daughters hair comfortably for me and her, as i can take my time since i can do it directly as she lays in bed. My daughter, who has Cerebral Palsy, loves it , she smiled the whole time. So happy for my purchase. Not sure how long it will last but so far so good! The only thing i would advise is to make sure you put waterproof sheets or chucks as water does have some leakage at neck area. Read more

This was the stupidest thing I have ever bought. The hose would not stay attached, the water overflowed, the inflating process was sub standard. The pump, ridiculous. What a waste of money. I have a few elderly clients who are unable to put their head all the way back in my bowl, or who are wheelchair-bound and can’t even get all the way to the bowl. I am really surprised with the functionality of this product. The base around the neck maybe needs to be a slightly softer material for client comfort, and the blow up port be relocated to the back of the bowl because the pump provided does not work. So you almost have to blow it up by mouth and then just heavily sanitize prior to usage. I just don’t like the air port being right by the client’s head. Read more

If the person cannot tilt their head back this product does not contain the water well enough to keep them dry. The tray is too thick and level it does not channel the water back to the drain. It also has uncomfortable seams along the neck that also make it difficult to get a decent seal to prevent water leaking around the neck. The construction is sturdy enough, it easy to inflate if you remove the secondary one-way plug, but then it does deflate a bit before you get it plugged. Read more

Bought this product so my wife could wash her elderly moms hair. It does work, some water does get through and get the person wet. But overall it allows my wife to wash her mothers hair more easily. Read more
