I purchased one of these ACE Wrist braces back in November, 2024. I have a torn ligament in one of my wrists and tendonitis and arthritis in my other wrist. I found that this brace worked very well. It fit well and was comfortable. The part of the brace that goes around my thumb rubs some, but I just put a piece of cloth foam under it to prevent irritation. It gives great support for my wrist, it's easy to wash, and it feels lightweight (not too hot and bulky) while wearing. The velcro sticks well and has been lasting. For years I have looked at every brace I could find. This is the only one I'll wear. My hands are women's size small, and I have symptoms similar to carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). There are always some limitations with a brace, but I can do a lot more in this brace than I could with others. I often forget I'm wearing it. I replaced the top velcro strip on my old one, stitching on a piece of velcro cable tie. It had stopped sticking after being repositioned a million times. It's my spare now. The brace has held together well otherwise. Can be machine washed in a delicates bag. The metal "spoon" is easy to remove to switch between right and left hand use. There is no struggle to secure the brace with my other hand. Unlike those wrap type braces, it's easy to set it the same way, quickly, every time. The brace goes up to my knuckles on the back, is low enough in the front that I can close my hand. I can put on long sleeves or gloves without removing it. All my fingers have a full range of motion while the wrist is supported but not immobilized. EDIT: I came back to knock off a star. I had only had the new brace about 3 months, and the top fastener had already lost its grip like my old one. I'd been wearing this replacement brace on a more regular basis. I didn't see any option here to contact the seller, but found a phone number on ACE's site. The rep was surprised and said maybe I've been wearing it too much. How often do you use your hands? They couldn't provide any specifics about the warranty mentioned in the title of this listing. We agreed the velcro might be more strained because I have it on about as tight as I can get it (small hands), which means the velcro hard side has to grip the narrow soft side between thumb and forefinger. I suggested that, if the velcro only sticks well on the back of the hand, then perhaps these shouldn't be one size fits all. They sent a replacement but said they couldn't promise another in the future. That said, I still prefer this one. My friend with small, sensitive wrists also recently got one and is pleased. I looked at several braces to help with a tendonitis flare up. I'm very glad I chose this one. It is not bulky at all. It's also very easy to adjust for compression and fit. I also love that it is reversible. I highly recommend! Read more
This product works great on your wrist if you sprang it and use it to sleep so when you toss and turn at night you don't hurt yourself and you can sleep comfortable. Highly recommend it. Read more
