I would rate it 0. I found out after I ordered that it would cost over $15 to ship. Amazon was nice enough to refund me the cost and said keep it. So I decided to use it. IT DID NOT WORK. I couldn't open the blister pack at all and that was the entire reason for buying it. Read more
