Updating my review because the company was solid in resolving the issue. One of the batteries worked amazing, one of them didn't.. Thankfully the company made it very easy to get hte one that wasn't working properly switched out hassle free. They followed up often til it was solved and offered lots of solutions to meet my needs. As for the batteries themselves, I got two of them to help run parts of my house in UPS mode during a power outage. For me this is important because I Airbnb my place and there are frequent power outages in the mountains. These are a great solution. Be aware, they are large and heavy, but they do have wheels. I was able to hide on in the cabinet above my fridge in the kitchen and then was able to hide another one in a storage are with an extension cord outlet that powers a few important things. I love that the automatically switch to battery mode when the power goes out, and then back to the wall to power the devices and recharge the batteries as soon as the power is back on. Read more

This thing was incredible to take on my group campout. Everyone was super impressed that we were brewing coffee without listening to a loud obnoxious generator. It held great charge. I love the wheels on it with the large handle it makes it easy to maneuver. Read more

I UPGRADED THIS TO 5 STARS! After contacting support they sent me a new Firmware Today that fixed this issue. It now powers on after AC is restored like a UPS should!! Most things work but AC and DC output power stay off after charging from solar or wall AC returns. This is completely unacceptable. Logging nor notifications let you know if your charging sourse(s) or off either. I got these to make sure my fridge and stuff didn't go down while I was traveling but I can't travel now as I have to push a button on the front of the Power station to turn AC back on ... and NO, I can't use the APP for that as there is no internet with the power off. As advertised. This pwr station easily handles many, if not all of needs and requirements. Got at a lower price point than similar wattage stations, during prime days. It is well worth the $. Quality and durability are as good as any of the four companies I've purchased. Capable of running big wall unit ac all night. Fridges for days etc etc. This power source has all the trimmings w multiple speeds and options for charging, serious output, and is heavy. Wheels help get it to destination, but you'll find a fixed place for it. Well worth it.! Its capabilities helped give me a bigger feeling of resourcefulness as well. Read more

Much more durable than I thought it would be. Charged up from 28% to 100% in about 2 hours. We are using this as an emergency power source at home. Fantastic price, 3600 watts of power, at a better price than 1800 watt units. It can run my fridge, freezer and lights in power outages,which is all I care about. I think I made a great buy. Like alot of people I found myself needing a portable power supply. I did my research, and after much agonizing I decided on the ABok 3840Wh LifePO4 Power Supply. From the moment I ordered this until this very moment I knew I had made the right decision for me. The ordering process was extremely easy, and I even received a call from Abok Support to make sure the unit arrived ok and again to make sure I was happy and didn't have any questions, WOW - that was a nice surprise!' Upon unboxing this beast which was packaged well I was immediately impressed with the build of this unit and again the fit and finish was excellent! I bought this supply for features like the retractable handle for transport and the super tough wheels; but the big features (which made me buy tbis supply) are the adjustable input wattage knob, the LED screen which enables me to monitor both output and input wattage at the same time. When my supply arrived I was able to compare it with my buddies BluEtti-and there really (for me) wasn't much of a comparison. Even my buddy is rethinking his purchase and may list his BluEtti for sale soon? I haven't been able to do much testing yet with the unit - but I'm taking a 7,000+ mile trip in a few weeks and promise to put my ABok through it's paces. So far the only negative I can talk about isn't much of a problem at all - but worth mentioning? I bought the optional cover for the supply and although it serves it purpose in protecting the unit, I wish it fit alittle better? I do reccommend buying the cover - but remain hopeful it gets a refit/redesign in the future? I did notice that the cover fits both the main supply as well as the optional batteries which share the same frame and build, but it shouldn't effect the fit? I promise to do further reviews as my road trip unwinds - but overall am VERY happy with my purchase so far! I know BluEtti is the dominant supply out there at present; but I feel (for me) there is no comarison between like units and unless you have tons of $$ - you might check out the ABok before your purchase?
