Not sure why people like this thing. It fits badly, does nothing to improve posture, and some of the photos are deceiving. The main photo shows a model wearing it with a strap under the breast area, but you cannot wear this item like that. It chafes under the arms because of how it fits and there is no way that it could be worn under clothes without rubbing badly around the armpit area. I received a large (no size choice offered, but it would not have mattered) and I am not a large person, but when I put it on, I knew right away that it would not work. Read more

I purchased an underarm posture corrector that was not assembled, which I didn't know when I bought it, and couldn't figure it out. I think it might have been defective. But I really wanted one that was under the arms and didn't have straps around the waist (had one that was so complicated I didn't use it). This one came assembled and is easy to put on. My only issue is that it can sometimes aggravate the armpits. To combat this, I cut up a cotton cloth and placed it between the straps and my armpits, which helps. The manufacturer might consider putting some type of padding there. Read more

This was purchased following another brand that looked similar but didn't fit quite right. The Alsoay brand is so much better and simpler for me to put on and to use. The back length is longer and straps as well, provide tight comfortable fit. Most important...it works to keep my shoulders back and head up especially working on computer or watching tv. My neck issues have reduced dramatically...breathing also improved...very satisfied with this purchase! Read more

This one is better than others I’ve tried. Like most reviews, I too am bothered by the friction under the arms when the tension is tight. The good thing is that I find even if I loosen the tension, the device serves to remind me to correct my posture. Read more
