It causes me lower back pain and neck pain fairly frequently. I wanted to try this to see if it would help. It looks really promising, but unfortunately I couldn’t fully test it because it didn’t fit me. I was within the size range for the size I got (medium) but admittedly, I was toward the end of that range. I feel like these run just a tad small. I was able to get it on, but I wasn’t able to strap it around my stomach. This was partly my fault as I should have considered getting a slightly bigger size since they are adjustable. With all that said, I do think this product looks really promising. The fabric is definitely breathable. Although I wasn’t quite able to strap it around my stomach, it did feel quite comfortable. It was firm enough for support and yet soft enough to prevent discomfort. I love how adjustable it is. I really think this product would be very useful. Hopefully I can lose a few pounds around the belly and will be able to actually wear this. It seems well made and the value is good. I definitely think it’s worth trying if you have back issues. Just don’t make the same mistake I did and make sure you go up a size if you are toward the end of the range for a particular size.
