Finally after trying everything to get my 3 year old trained - I saw this and said why not? This was great to help her put all the pieces together that she needed to take potty breaks, it was ok to stop and go potty , plus mom didn’t have to constantly try to remember when instead the watch would go off and she would go to the potty! Now it doesn’t completely train (you still have to put the work in) but combined with a reward system - it truly helped and my daughter loved wearing it because she felt so cool w it on (not realizing it was just a toilet watch) but hey it appeals to the tiny humans - it will get their attention to start going! At first I was skeptical of the Potty Watch. But after a recommendation to use for my daughter as she was starting school, this has been “her” watch and she has embraced using it to where it is now apart of her morning routine of getting ready for school. This is a great reminder watch that is customizable for setting times to remind your little one to go. We purchased this for our daughter as she was in the process before school started, but this watch has helped her have less accidents and has transferred well to using the potty at home as well. The customer support from the owners is nothing short of fantastic. He helped me through the battery replacement, and when it showed an error code they sent a replacement out. I would 100% recommend this product directly from Potty Time, and would purchase from them again. UPDATE! I changed the batteries to see if it would fix my below problems. It was hard to get to one of the screws as it was under the band itself. After reading the instructions (haha) it was easy to take the back off. Sure enough one of the batteries was starting to have that white gunk they get when old and no good on the outside. It WORKS now!! It's fun and amazing! My daughter loves it! Totally worth it. Changed my rating to 4 stars because I had to "fix" it and couldn't use it right away. Its cute and would be fun if it didnt arrive not working properly. Not sure if it's the battery or what but the numbers don't show up. The song is loud, the timer button works, so do the lights. So im not entirely convinced its the battery. When you push the timer button the numbers kind of show up really faint 00:00 but quickly fade. Going to try replacing the batteries but for now setting a timer on my phone works better. If it's the battery I'll let y'all know and update this. Read more

My toddler was barely two when I thought she would be ready for potty training. I had two other kids 20 years ago and we used a kitchen timer to keep them going and it seemed to work pretty well. I have to say this timer resets itself, so I never had a situation where I got busy and forgot to reset the timer until there was an accident and we had all that to deal with. I would like to think my baby is smarter than the rest, but I know these new kids are just smarter in general. This timer watch was her best friend, and she wanted to put in on every morning and would fall asleep with it on. Let me mention she had five accidents since day one and they were random over the next six months. I attribute her potty-training success to this timer watch. Bought this for my daughter as per her Dr request. When we took it out of the box you could barely see the numbers on the screen. Now after not even a week of using it.. it wont even turn on. Disappointing for what you pay. Read more

When we opened the watch it would not turn on, was about to give up when it played music. Got it set up for a 30 minute timer and it worked great for that thirty minutes. I noticed it hadn’t gone off in a while and looked at screen. It was off again. Went to replace battery and noticed the solder was busted where the the batteries go. Wouldn’t recommend this cheaply made product to anyone. Very disappointed that something made for toddlers couldn’t even last an hour. Read more

THE. BEST. My toddler (2 yr & 8 mnths) is very verbal, but would never tell us when she needed to go or would say no when asked if she needed to go potty. It didn't help that we would get carried away with tasks and forget to take her. Since we started this watch, we no longer have to ask or remember to ask. She knows when it jingles it's time to try to go. So much so that she'll announce "Mommy I need potty" which has been a big step with her.
