We’ve been trying on and off for six months to potty train my child and it was just not working. We tried candy, we tried constant rewards. We tried positive, we tried bare bottom.. we tried all the things. She couldn’t take the pressure of doing all the steps at once. Finally I ordered this. To take the pressure off this time I started her in a diaper and just worked on getting her to go potty every hour with a watch. Once she was consistently dry in the diaper, took the diaper off and repeating with undies. It’s been a ton of work but we are finally getting her there. I thought programming was a little weird at first, but once I got used to it, it’s very easy. We use the sticker chart in conjunction.. this is helpful. The sticker chart with a higher value pride for my daughter worked better than small prizes at each potty. I think because her older sister wants the prize too then. One thing for PD I wish there was a way to easily turn on and off the alarm because I’ve forgotten in a few times when she goes to sleep.. but when that happened, she did wake up and immediately go to the potty so it is conditioning her behavior! I gave the product 3 stars because the countdown function worked correctly twice to set to desired time. However, at the end of the day when I saw the time I set for it was too long because she had an accident, I went to change it. When trying to adjust the countdown I held down the B to display countdown screen CO 30 but it did not display as CO; just the timed countdown, I had it previously set it to. When I held the “B” button trying to get the CO screen to come up; it just kept locking and unlocking. I figured Id try another button to try and get it to come up. I then held down the “A” button thinking the CO would come up or to get the red “CO 30” screen to populate, but the screen just kept going black. So, I played around with it and had to hold the A for three seconds and then I hit the C button and the countdown adjust came on. “Thank God” , because I was minutes away from giving up and returning to get a replacement. I also had to hold down A to lock in the time; after using C and D to adjust to my desired time. I hope this helps someone else before they decide to return. But once the time is set it’s a great product. I just wish they would let me know how long the battery life is so that I’m not unnecessarily taking it off her and putting it on the charger and the countdown set was a bit easier to do. My daughter loves it and it has been working way better than any other watch I have purchased. It's easier to navigate, it uses a USB-C charger which is a plus and the sticker chart is by far her favorite part. I don't know if it's a combination of the chart and the watch but she seems to be doing so much better potty training! Read more

The package only came with a watch, it didn’t come with anything that was supposed to be included . Like the potty chart, and the stickers. I give it one star. Read more
