This is honestly the best product for bunions. I have tried just about every other type on the market and this is the only product that actually works. I wear it on the second two as opposed to the big toe because it’s not as tight. You can wear it all day long with it being comfortable and you can’t even tell you have it on. You can also wear it at night. When I first put a new one on I do end up taking it off at night for the first couple days. Not sure what it is about laying in bed but it bothers my toe after an hour or so. I just take it off for those days to prevent it. It’s fine after a couple days. No issues during the day. My bunion is almost gone. I did have to buy another pack but they’re not expensive and well worth the money. I never really paid attention to how many days I use it before putting on a new one but you’ll be able to tell because it’ll start getting loose and won’t stay in place. Have used this product for two weeks now and decided to write this review. Sizing is accurate, I ordered XL for my male size 12 foot, and they fit perfect. The elastic banding grips my index toe well and keeps the gel pad against my big toe. Even running on the treadmill does not cause the gel pad to move out of place. Gel pad is well attached to the elastic material and shows no sign of separating anytime soon. I even forget I'm wearing the product most of the time. My big toe aches have improved, and fingers crossed this might really be the right solution. Read more

Other bunions separators are toooo small & tooo thin and not able to help my bunions. My feet still hurts. These are thick and when I wear these on my toes, my bunions don’t hurt anymore. Best ones ever!!! Read more

This is a generally good product made useles by the sizing. I wish I had read more carefully. They say you can put it on either your big toe or the toe next to it I’m a size women’s eight shoe and it cuts off the circulation in my big toe, but it’s too big for my fourth toe.
