I have high arches and decided to take advantage of the low price of PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met women’s size 8-8.5 during the Black Friday sales. I’ve never had to cut these to fit any of my shoes. I have bought these for several years now and decided to write my review why. I take plenty of photos when I review a product to show how I formed my honest opinion while using the item, but they don't always upload in sequential order. I had also ordered a pair of SUPERfeet and did a comparison. The hard plastic “stabilizer caps” underneath both orthotics are sturdy and durable to support my weight when I walk. After walking in one of each PowerStep and SUPERfeet around the neighborhood, there was a noticeable difference between the two orthotics. I pulled them out of my shoes and studied them more closely. I hope you can see from my side-by-side photos with my pointing fingers that the highly rated SUPERfeet has a deeper slope down, and the PowerStep has a gradual upslope towards a supportive metatarsalgia pad. I then remembered that I have two different arch heights, which complicate things and always affect my walking comfort. I found my wet feet arch height drawings from 2/2023, and you can see that my left foot has a higher arch than my right. It then occurred to me that the PowerSteps with the metatarsalgia pads help compensate for my different arches. That’s why they are my favorite, supportive and durable orthotic insoles. I highly recommend them. Read more

I’m so happy with these insoles and the pain relief. I have Morton’s neuroma on my left foot so wanted to try these instead of the meta pads I’ve been struggling with. Almost instant pain relief. The bump feels like it should be in the wrong spot but apparently the people who designed these know much more than I do because it works. Great support all around and while expensive, not overly since I’m getting the relief I need. So far they have fit every running shoe I’ve put them in. Amazon could work on shipping a little nicer. My package arrived with no outside damage but inside was a disaster. Maybe these were a return, not sure. But a destroyed box does not give a buyer any kind of confidence in the product. Thankfully they still work great! Read more

If your feet hurt, you going to a podiatrist will be them tell you to get these or one made by this brand. Save the time and money. Get something before you go and you’ll more than likely not go. These make any shoes feel comfortable. I was moving them from shoes to shoe so I got another pair. Durability wise I wish they held up More. After just one day of use the do seem flatter and the color has dulled the the logo tone completely. Read more

Returned. Arch support and ball of foot support is great. However , the inserts are not wide enough in the toe box! I even tried a larger size, and you would think that an item meant for ball of foot pain would cover this. My big toe and inner side foot were straddling the inserts… not good. Read more
