Recommended by podiatrist for pain and inflammation in mid ball of foot. Instantly helped take the pressure off of the sore spot and make it much easier to walk. It is not a cure, but makes me functional. I took the insole out of my women's 9 NB nitrel trail running shoe and put the M 7-7.5 and it fit perfectly. I immediately ordered more so I would have extra for my work shoes. Read more

This is my second time ordering the Powerstep Pinnacle Plus Orthotics. I suffer with fibromas on the bottom of both feet and have high arches. These inserts works perfectly to promote painless comfort for my feet as I go for long walks or hikes. Amazon lists these orthotics for male use, but upon closer inspection, women's sizes are also included for this same product on the packaging. The inserts are easily cut to fit shoes according to the instructions provided. My podiatrist recommended this brand to me and I am glad that she did. Read more
They were too stiff for my arches but they still relieved my ball foot pain. I weakened the arch support by drilling small holes in the bottom of the insert around the arch area....The foot with no problems need probably 15 to 20 holes to make the insole feel comfortable but the foot causing problems only needed about 4 holes which provided more support for that foot....IT's kinda like getting custom insoles made but possibly better..I left them feeling slightly too firm but after a day of work I completely forgot about them and my ball foot pain.. When these wear out, I'll just get new ones and copy what I did with the old ones... I was surprised at the difference level of "customization" my feet needed... Read more
I have high arches and decided to take advantage of the low price of PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met women’s size 8-8.5 during the Black Friday sales. I’ve never had to cut these to fit any of my shoes. I have bought these for several years now and decided to write my review why. I take plenty of photos when I review a product to show how I formed my honest opinion while using the item, but they don't always upload in sequential order. I had also ordered a pair of SUPERfeet and did a comparison. The hard plastic “stabilizer caps” underneath both orthotics are sturdy and durable to support my weight when I walk. After walking in one of each PowerStep and SUPERfeet around the neighborhood, there was a noticeable difference between the two orthotics. I pulled them out of my shoes and studied them more closely. I hope you can see from my side-by-side photos with my pointing fingers that the highly rated SUPERfeet has a deeper slope down, and the PowerStep has a gradual upslope towards a supportive metatarsalgia pad. I then remembered that I have two different arch heights, which complicate things and always affect my walking comfort. I found my wet feet arch height drawings from 2/2023, and you can see that my left foot has a higher arch than my right. It then occurred to me that the PowerSteps with the metatarsalgia pads help compensate for my different arches. That’s why they are my favorite, supportive and durable orthotic insoles. I highly recommend them. Read more

These looked like they would be a good solution to my foot discomfort when, in fact, they made my feet feel worse. Too much support where it didn't appear needed, especially the arch. They just weren't for me and my feet issues. I'm giving these 3 stars because they do look well made. Read more
