I have tried a plethora of varied versions of ear products to tune out noise, from foam ear protection to custom molded. Wax is the way to go for a comfortable night's rest. I sleep on my side/stomach, and given how the wax molds into your ear, sticks, and is flexible to allow the changing of your ear as you sleep, you won't wake up with sore ears, or having it fall out mid night. You are also able to change the size given that you can take away or add to it as you need. This product in particular I found to be a quality material, tried an unnamed pack from Temu, and it just wasn't as good of a material (not as sticky, more firm, not as easily moldable). As far as sound shutout, it blocks quite a bit, not total silence, but enough to help ya drift. If someone was talking to you, you would need them to repeat themselves quite a bit to understand them fully, to give you an idea of the volume block. So it isn't complete silence, but it works well enough. To remove, simply use your thumb to push up the bottom of your ear, and with your other fingers, work it out of your ear. Might leave a bit of residue at times, which isn't crazy, just simply wipe it out, and move on with your life. Easily going to be my go to for a relatively quiet night's sleep. Read more
Best earplugs ever!!!!! They are comfortable and work great! Read more
Compared to Mack's soft silicone, that I used for 1 year everyday, I think that PQ has a better noise cancelling, especially because it sticks better to the ears. And because of it, it lasts longer, I can use it for more than 1 week, before replacing to a new pair. Both are comfortable to use, none of them leaves any kid of residue on the ears. The Macks is bigger, I can use 1 for both ears (half and half). PQ is smaller, but one is too big for one ear and too small to use on both, so normally I take 3 units and split in 4 pieces. Read more
So I was using the Mack’s earplugs for little ears and I would wake up in the middle of the night with them aching so bad. Didn’t matter how I used them. Still hurt. I finally decided to buy these wax pillows to help aid in the sound reduction of my husbands snoring. I like them a lot! They don’t fully go in to the canal so there’s no pain like the foam plugs. You push the wax into the hole a bit then spread the rest around the ear. So they still cut off sound as a regular plug. I find they’re easy to maintain and clean off. If you’re using them to block out a partners snoring, I highly recommend putting a sleep mask with built in headphones on top to ensure you’re not still hearing the noise. My issues with them: * if you have curly hair, or a lot of baby hairs around your ear, YOU MUST PUSH THEM OUT OF THE WAY AND KEEP IT BACK OR ELSE THE HAIRS GET STUCK IN THE PLUG AND IT HURTS LIKE HELL TO REMOVE. * you can sleep on your side with them, however if you get really warm at night there’s a possibility they will get stuck to your pillow, or in my case, my eye mask with Bluetooth speakers. The wax does pull off fairly easily but it can be annoying at times. Despite the downsides, I prefer these over the foam plugs any day. I don’t wake up with pain. They work well. I can for the most part sleep on my side with them. They also come with 50 in the pack I bought, and can be used roughly 10 times depending on the care you take of them. I’d say they’re worth it. Let me start by saying my husband snores loudly, as if a bear monster is next to me. I'm very grateful I gave these a try because they work very well and effectively block out his loud snoring. I now sleep with them almost every night. However, I also need to mention that during my use, I fell ill with the flu and had a fever. I should have slept without them, but I kept them in. In short, the wax material became extremely hot, which may have contributed to a painful middle ear infection that led to an emergency room visit. I now use them cautiously, but I wouldn't sleep well without them. I've tried other options but still prefer these. Read more

I use these to help me sleep through the night. They’re easy to install and pretty comfortable even when laying on your side. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that your hair, even up in a pony tie, gets caught in the wax. It’s super easy to get out, but it’s just annoying. Other than that they’re 100% perfect! Right now they are about 98% perfect. Read more
