I've tried several brands of KT tape and this is one of the best ones at any price point. It's one of the very few I've not had issues with as far as leaving a sticky residue around the edges that collects dirt/grim. I hate removing tape and having a nasty, sticky outline left and that has not been an issue with this brand at all! I have SI joint problems and bad knees and KT tape can be a life saver at times. This brand easily stays stuck for 3 days and helps me keep the pain to a level where I don't feel the need to reach for a bottle of pills most cases. I was leery at first, getting two rolls for less than some charge for one, but I'm happy with the purchase and how well this brand works. I do not recommend it for anyone wanting to wear it for just a day or so, tho. This stuff sticks -very well- so if you try to take it off too soon, it's gonna leave a mark. Works well and sticks better than the KT Tape brand. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the adhesive is a little irritating. It causes some mild itching. Though personally it's not bad enough for me to stop using it since it stays on so much better than other brands. Read more

I have tried numerous types of KT tapes on my daughter for years, she's a die hard year round high school soccer player. I recently tried this tape not only because of the awesome color choices but they say "water proof", many say that and only few are truly waterproof or sweat proof. I can honestly say this tape will not disappoint. I tape her Hamstring as well as her shin and calf. Due to the high soccer socks and shin guards most tapes don't even make it through warm-ups. Not this one, this stayed on the entire game. I will say prior to me applying the tape after she has gotten ready and put lotion on, I use a paper towel and green rubbing alcohol and I clean and prep the area's I'm going to tape, remember no lotion on the area's that you will tape or it will not stick (that's user error not product error). I'd also like to mention even though this is super sticky and stays on throughout soccer games in Arizona (where players sweat ALOT) she has no skin irritation or much redness when she removes the tape. This would have been a great buy not just for the price but also of it’s quality. It works and all that doing it’s job and in my case would be for both my knees. The adhesives just work what it’s supposed to be doing, being intact on my knees while I do my lap swim meaning to say that it’s holding both my knees intact giving that support to them. I purchased this tape for my shoulder and plantar fasciatous ( not sure how to spell) I watched a few utube videos on how to wrap. It worked as expected. My Chiropracter said he uses the same product. When traveling the spray glue made it last 2xs longer(3-5Days) on my shoulder and back. Depending on how it is used and the wear plus how wet it gets makes a difference with the longevity, but it was what I expected and had paid for. I am happy with my purchase. Needed some tape for my knee (meniscus tear) so I can function day to day. It's lightweight, breathable, supportive, stretchy and can stay on for days even after showering. Make sure you don't have any lotion or pain creme on the area or it will start to peel away. I like this product much better than the Kinsesio Tex Gold tape that I had been using which is so, so painful to remove unless using adhesive remover during the process and after as well and also causes skin irritation. My skin has no irritation whatsoever from using this tape, I sometimes need to use an adhesive remover to clean up the tape edge residue. Highly recommend this tape and the 2 pack costs about the same as one roll of the other tape mentioned earlier. Read more
