Our family is already fans of Prego products so when we came across this Cheesy Bacon Cheese Sauce we knew we needed to try it! Delivery arrived and we were eating Bacon Mac N Cheese in a matter of hours. It was so good and yummy!!! The amount of sauce in each bottle is just the right size for a pound of cooked pasta. I have also used a spoon or two of sauce over the top of scrambled eggs when making a breakfast burrito so the variety of meals you can make is only limited by your imagination & ingredients on hand. The consistency of the sauce is thick but it will thin out as it warms up and oozes into your meal. It taste great, has quality ingredients (not skimpy on the bacon pieces) and was a great value for money since we bought several jars when we see the price reduced. Happily, we haven't had any issue with receiving broken jars or bottles but then again that is actually a delivery issue and not a problem with the product manufacturer. Bottom line: Our family enjoyed it and will be ordering again! Read more

Love this alfredo sauce, And even though they raised the price about 30% or so recently, it's still cheaper on Amazon than I can get it in the supermarket, so I'm a regular Customer for this product, now. Besides, I really detest grocery shopping! Read more

Have had alfredo pastas at the restaurant but never thought it would be this easier to make at home with this alfredo pasta sauce! It tastes delicious and is a great value for the money, I mean, 1 bottle is enough to make 8 servings! There was concern about glass bottle being shipped and my shipment did have both bottle broken and leaked everywhere, what a mess..... Luckily, since then packaging has been improved a lot, now each bottle come wrapped in bubble wrap so they are OK. Read more

For the price, this makes a quick and easy meal. I add pasta and ground beef and make a hamburger helper type meal. The sauce is on the thicker size and had a smooth consistency. Tastes like a mild nacho cheese. Read more

I love this Alfredo sauce as a base for a quick meal! Alone it does lack flavor, but it's very easy to remedy that by adding herbs and spices. I personally like to double the batch by adding milk, grated parmesean, cream cheese and butter or ghee. I heat/melt that together with onion powder, ranch powder and smoked paprika. Once melted, I put all that in my Vitamix and blend it with a half-to-full can of chipotle peppers, a few cloves of fresh garlic, pepper corns and whatever fresh herbs I have around like parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, thyme, etc. I boil penne or bow pasta at the same time as well as have chicken and veggies airfrying, or sometimes I just get a cooked chicken at Costco. 20 mins or so and a full dinner for 5 is done and served! I don't mix everything together in one pot though because there's usually some chipotle alfredo sauce left over that I store back in the original glass container. The leftover goes well as a dressing to make an awesome southwest salad or used as a base for a quick mid-week Zuppa Toscana soup. And it all starts with this alfredo sauce in a jar. I've made it completely from scratch many times as well, and although it is always better, it is also much more expensive and way more time consuming. This sauce used as a base can make an extremely tasty mid-week dinner for the whole family in less than a half an hour! Read more
