I enjoy a Premier Protein shake for breakfast, especially when I don’t have time to make my own protein shake. I have tried all the flavors and prefer the cafe latte. My whole family believes it has the best flavor, consistency and the least amount of aftertaste. It tastes best when it is very cold. My mother is required to have a minimum of 60g of protein in her diet every day for health reasons. Drinking 2 of these a day is an easy way for her to reach that goal. It is palatable for her even when she is under the weather. We are all grateful that there are no added sugars. I highly recommend this product. Great to have on hand. I’ve been purchasing this brand of protein shakes for about 4 to 5 years. Having had gastric bypass surgery 16 years ago, I find that the protein content contributes well to what I need daily, and my lab work is always on point. I have to attribute that partially to these protein shakes. I think the quality is probably one of the best on the market, and the taste is very satisfying, and not medicinal tasting. I wouldn’t say that I choose it in the morning for a meal replacement, but I’m just not one that eats breakfast.
