This is my second pair! I love them. They have great arch support and are comfortable. They update new shoes and breath new life into old sneakers. I have a high arch and like a lot of support. I order the small to fit my size 8 sneakers.; although, my street shoes are 7 1/2. (Size M insoles are recommended for size 8 shoes. Probably depends on the shoes and feet.) These work well for me and fit my arch and shoes. The insoles give you the option to cut them down to size, if needed. I have worn a lot of Superfeet insoles which I like. However, I like these better and they are a better buy. Read more

They feel good. But do take up a bit of room in the shoes. Read more

I've had a pair of Patagonia Hiking shoes for 6 years now. They needed new insoles, and these were just what the Dr. Ordered. Plantar Fasciitis is better, but not eliminated. Read more

I've had these for 6 month and they feel great, however the plastic support pieces in the insoles is not very durable and has already developed cracks. Not sure if it's from work outs of swapping it in and out of shoes, regardless I haven't had this issue with my other aftermarket insoles. Read more

This was advertised for sports shoes. But I think it is a long way from working for that purpose. First, the arch is like walking on roll of quarters in your shoe. Second, it labor intensive as it takes some work as the size will really need to be trimmed. Third, you also need to remove (perhaps with a blow dryer) the existing insole. A mess. Then, for all this, you also have a very pronounced, uncomfortable arch they don't recommend you even use for more than a few hours per day at first (a clue I guess). It is so stiff and pronounced, you may not make it around the office much less being active in sports. So this was not really what I was looking for. I have like d the Move Game Day products for sports and the Power Step for day-to-day. So I am not an insole hater at all. These, though, you just pull out of the box and think: mistake. I like the insoles you can just slip in and not be stuck trimming and such. I thought we might try them for daily use, but I think it just looks too painful. It protrudes into your foot this plastic arch. Unless a podiatrist tells you to get this product, I would not try it (especially for sports shoes) with the hard arch leaving you with more pain that you started with. And the trimming and ripping out the insoles of the Nikes or whatever, you are going to probably be left in tears and having lit some money on fire for the insoles and have shoes you can't wear until you buy an insole that slides in and works. I fell for the advertising and "sports shoe" description. They got me. My main issue is, at this price point, you should have a slip-in ready to use product. This requires a lot of trimming (even the plastic) to fit a shoe, then it will only fit that shoe. Then it should only be worn a few hours? I buy lots of these and they should, again at this price point, slip in (so be closer to size) and be wearable out of the box for an extended time. It is not meeting customer expectations in this manner as the other products on the market. I am in contact for a refund and will review that aspect accordingly (as the packaging mentions this is easy and simple). Company replies but has not honored the return policy on the package to date ,and in fact I got scam vibes trying to return the item to the company (following directions on the box). Read more
