I like that this product is all natural. And that the owner of the company specializes in gentler, more natural, non-habit forming/ non- addictive products for children. It is very effective. I would just try not to use it every night, because it could mess up your child's sleep schedule. Just use it when the child is having a hard time calming down for bed. ( I am also finding that having a regular schedule before bed, and bedtime they can count on every night, helps mitigate the hyperactive symptoms in my kiddo who has ADHD.) It does work very quickly, so make sure you have nothing else planned for kiddo, 15-30 minutes after you give it to them. The dosages on the back are guidelines. Personally, I find that because of it's potency, I would start at .25 MG and work up to the recommended dose for all children. ( I've only gone up to .50 with my 5 yo son.) Besides all that, I have tasted it, and it literally tastes like sugar and berries. It's a little on the sweet side for my little guy, so I give him a drink right afterwards. Another idea might be to add the recommended dosage into a small amount of juice, caffeine free tea, or milk of your choice, and give it to your little.
