I got one for my Aunt! I have the same one and use it faithfully every day. Along with eating a healthy diet and exercising has lead to one clothes size loss down! One more size down to go and will be totally excited! I am up to 40 minutes a day plus and use level 50 - 99. I started out slow and worked my way up. Now I am on the jogging cycle and love it! For the price it was a great deal to try it out! Love it! Important to drink water while exercising too. Walk, run and jog standing or sitting is great! I just recently received this vibration plate and so far I love it. The quality seems great, vibration levels are easily adjustable with the remote. I’m not uncomfortable on it. I’ve started at 2 minutes, then up to 5 minutes. I will gradually move on up. I read where some had had itchiness due to increased blood flow, but I have not felt that at all. I can't say enough great things about this! I look forward to using this every night after a long day of stress at work! I purchased this to help with my circulation and with my balance as I am having so health issues. It has helped me with circulation issues as well as my sciatic nerve issues. Bought this in November for a Christmas gift, they just went to use it and there is no power to it! Made sure all the wires were tight and nothing!
