This dress is so much nicer than I expected. The exterior layer is high quality knit and a substantial weight. I recommend folding it for storing rather than hanging it to avoid shaping issues. Absolutely stunning. I get so many compliments when I wear this dress. The slip layer is a great length and goes to my calves; I’m 5’8” so this is appreciated. The garments aren’t sewn together either so you can wear the slip part with anything or the knit part over other stuff. Looks super cute over a bathing suit as well. I wish the slip part was a high quality natural fiber garment so it was more breathable, but it’s still good quality and pretty thick for polyester or nylon. Love my purchase! I am a small/medium and I ordered the small pink for a baby shower after reviewing the suggested hip sizing. A true shift dress for me. Follows the body but does not cling. It was cool and very comfortable bc the fabric is very soft. The fabric is not see through. I paired it with skin toned espadrille wedges which made the dress even more slimming. I've been saving this dress in my cart for a while now. I'm not sure why I didn't order it before today. I ordered the off-white and the army green colors. I actually love both colors, however, I feel the off white shows more figure flaws. The dress comes in two pieces....the inner, matching slip dress and the outter knit dress. I am 5'3, 115 lbs and ordered the small. I tried to show the length in the photos. It hit right at my ankle. I found that the off-white dress ran longer than the army green. This dress can be dressed up or down. The quality is excellent and the fabric is nice! The only issue is that the dress seems to weigh a lot. This is probably one of the most versatile summer dresses I own. Pretty Garden offers a variety of nice, comfortable dresses and I do own several because I live in a coastal area where the heat and humidity are stifling. Slipping on a dress is so much easier and is stylish - elevating my look. This particular dress is two pieces: a soft full length camisole under a well made mesh - crochet type fabric dress. My normal size is 8/10 but I didn’t want a tight fit, so I went with a Large. It’s perfect. This frock hangs nicely and is quite flattering. It might be prone to picks and pulls and jewelry may catch the fabric, so be careful when accessorizing! I bought this on Prime Day, in black, which was discounted-I hope to grab red or navy next!
