This is a great scooter! I had to travel out the country to Israel. I went on tour with my husband and daughter and was worried that I wouldn't be able to do much, because I can't stand long or walk long distance. Well any one who has been to Israel on tour know it's a lot of walking and also some steep hills. I was soooo glad to have my go go scooter! First of all I had no problem with the airline they treated it just like a wherlchair. Then when I got there, this little scooter really held up and did the job! It went over rocks and terrain (as long as the ground was solid). We had some really steep hills to go down and the brakes on this baby did really well ( even though my husband held on to the back of scooter just in case) only one time did the brakes slip a little. Now I didn't have to travel back up the hills so I don't know how well it would have done. But I did go up regular hills with no problem and I'm a plus size woman. I was gone 10 days and only had to charge the scooter twice and the battery wasn't even half down but I charged it anyway to be on the safe side. This is a great scooter. It was very well packaged and undamaged when it arrived, easy to assemble out of the shipping box with no special tools but I don't recall needing any tools other than a knife to cut into the box. After assembly and charging, (It was over 3/4 charged when it arrived), it ran beautifully. It came with 2 keys, a cup holder that really doesn't look like it belongs, and a front basket. I can't say anything bad about the purchase or the shipping and delivery. Except for this, We ordered the scooter on June 27th, 2021 and it was delivered on August 16th. Now, this was within their delivery window that SpinLife had advertised in the sales description unless you paid extra for faster delivery. I don't know if they had to order the scooter from Pride Mobility and then Pride Mobility had to make and ship it from China, which seems like the case as it came from Pride Mobility in Florida, and then to my house. I just say this so that you will be prepared for a long wait since they may not keep stockpiles here in the states. Read more

As so many of the reviews have already stated, this is a great quality product. I have found that if you have room in the back of an SUV and two people to lift, you don't have to break down the front and rear base parts - just remove the seat and the battery pack, fold the steering column down and lift it straight in. My wife usually holds the rear and I hold the steering column near its base after locking the wheels, and we simply lift and roll it in. Since my disability restricts me from bending over or squatting down to lock the two pieces back together while on the ground, this is a better solution for us. Our vehicle is a Honda Pilot and if you have anything smaller you'll have to put it in sideways to transport it "unassembled". One item to be aware of: When it is delivered it is a very large, VERY heavy box - so try to get your delivery person to leave it where you can easily unpack and assemble it. My delivery was quick and on-time, and despite its weight he put it on our front porch where we could easily unpack it. Overall the quality of this scooter is very good. I used it DC three days in a row without charging, visiting monuments downtown etc. and the charging indicator never dropped below nine stars (out of ten). I live in the mountains and I have been impressed with this scooter's ability to go up pretty significant inclines on pavement. I had one issue with a defect in the stitching of the seat cover (which is removable), I contacted the seller and they took care of it immediately - sent me a whole new seat assembly. I have the large basket for the back, but given the size of the front basket I probably won't be using the rear basket - it takes up a lot of room in the car and it's just another piece to assemble before you heard out. This has lived up to everything advertised! Came almost fully assembled right off the bat so you don't have to be an engineer to get it put together. By comfortable, easy to charge as well as goof battery life between the charges. Several accessories are available for it to make it even more usefull. Travel is smooth and I've had no issue with getting around outside on several types of surfaces, even if it it's uneven. Turning radius is tight and its very maneuverable. Read more

Arrived quickly and just as described. The size of this mobility scooter allows for passage through most doorways, but narrow approaches can be challenging. The weight—even when disassembled into components—presents a challenge loading & unloading from a vehicle for transport. I purchased separately a mobility scooter carrier & weather cover for the back (outside) of my vehicle to avoid the assembling, disassembling, reassembling cycle. The battery 🔋 really has held a good charge. Recharging; however, does take several hours. Overall, this product has fully and squarely addressed my mobility needs & requirements. The ‘bonus’ from this product? It has provided a great improvement in my sense of safety and perception of independence. Potential Improvements? Ability to track distance traveled & reset.
