This is the only collagen product I will take ever again. I tried them all and I mean all. Within a week my skin and hair are feeling better but that's not why I take it. I take it for my knee pain. I was getting really achy knees so I tried this and it's absolutely works. After two weeks of taking as recommended my knee pain was totally gone! Are doing their job
